The Fluent Linguistics™ – Train the Trainer (TTT)
Empower educators to design, deliver, and scale world-class IELTS/PTE results with research-backed pedagogy, calibrated assessment, and high-impact coaching.

Who it’s for

Aspiring and active trainers, institute owners, and solo educators who want to
(1) master exam-specific pedagogy,
(2) coach with confidence, and
(3) build a results-driven classroom or brand.

What you’ll be able to do (Program Outcomes)

Design outcome-backward lesson plans mapped to CEFR and exam rubrics (IELTS band descriptors, PTE scoring engine).
Run high-leverage classes for Speaking/Writing and strategy labs for Listening/Reading.
Calibrate and grade with consistency using professional rubrics; deliver concise, actionable feedback.
Coach pronunciation, fluency, articulation, and test-mindset with practical drills.
Build individualized study plans, dashboards, and improvement loops.
Operate professionally: intakes/placement, reporting, ethics, and simple marketing funnels for enrollments.

Program formats & schedule

TTT Core (IELTS or PTE): 8 weeks, live online.
TTT Pro (Dual Track: IELTS + PTE): 12 weeks, includes extended practicum + business of training.
Schedule options (aligned with TFL standards):
Weekdays: 3 sessions/week (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat), 60–90 mins; Weekends: Sat & Sun, 2 hrs each.
